What we are building
Enterprise AI is becoming part of everyday business operations. Applications, models, AI-enabled workflows and increasingly autonomous agents create new questions around visibility, ownership, responsibility and control.
Alterlayer is building an Enterprise AI Operating Layer designed to help organizations move from discovering AI activity to governing it through clear ownership, reviews, decisions, actions and governance records.
That means working across several disciplines rather than treating AI as a purely technical problem. Our work brings together enterprise software, AI and data engineering, security, infrastructure, product design and operational AI governance.
Where you could contribute
We are interested in hearing from people with relevant experience or strong potential across areas including software engineering, AI and data engineering, product, AI governance and responsible AI, security and infrastructure, sales and business development, marketing and operations.
